the plight
The thing about being a young professional is this. For where you are in life, you may be at the top of your game. But when you leave school you're no longer just competing with people in your league. It's a whole new world full of age and experience. You may know that you have unique skills and insight. But you also know, as do potential employers, that you are not seasoned; that you will make mistakes and require guidance. So now your task is that of convincing someone to take a risk on you; that you're worth the risk. And that my friends, is no easy task
